Michael Langford
I'm a consultant through my company Rowdy Labs LLC. I create desktop, web and embedded software (or any mix of the three) for clients in many countries and all across America. I've spent a lot of time doing embedded Linux, especially embedded Linux on non-x86 processors, even spending time getting python onto those platforms, among other things. When software can be in python in my work, it is. That's because I enjoy actually getting things done. I'm currently interested in getting a lot better at Zope and Plone, learning why I need ORM's and getting on the python centric bandwagon as far a deployment and build tools go (I'm so 2002 in a lot of ways in my deployment strategies). In addition, I'm interested in distributed computing, and getting python 100% easy to cross compile, and weave. I'm married with 1.0 dogs.
